Shipping policy

At DAMOO TRADING COMPANY (S.P.S – L.L.C), we deliver orders across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates using our trusted logistics partner Shipa.

Delivery Time

• All orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered within 1 business day to all Emirates.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fee

• Free shipping on all orders above AED 200.

• A flat fee of AED 20 for orders below AED 200.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking code via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made daily between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Important Notes

• Customers must provide a valid delivery address, phone number, and email to avoid delays.

• If the courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt to contact you and reschedule the delivery.
